What happens after payment?
The order is matched using your email address, database code, and selected volume.

CSV delivery
The applicable Google Drive delivery link is sent to the email used for the order. Timing depends on volume and preparation requirements.
Why must I use the same email address?
The checkout form and Stripe are separate secure systems. The matching email helps connect the payment to the correct database code and record volume.
Are card details entered on MorphyMail?
No. Clicking a package opens Stripe’s secure hosted checkout. MorphyMail does not receive or store your complete card details.
What format will I receive?
Database delivery is normally provided as a CSV file through a Google Drive link sent to your order email.
When will I receive the file?
Timing depends on the dataset, volume, payment confirmation, and required preparation. Check your spam folder and contact support if the delivery has not arrived within the timing confirmed for your order.
What if the delivered file does not match the agreed order?
Contact support with the payment email, DB code, package, and sample reference. Replacement eligibility is reviewed against the confirmed requirements and order terms.
