We recommend you to use a domain name similar to your official website domain name and never use your official website’s domain for sending cold emails since there are chances that the domain name gets blacklisted, if your spam complaint ratio is high.

Donot use your live website domain for the cold email suite installation. If you use your live website domain, content of the website will be deleted since domain will be pointed to the new vps.

You must use a sender email id associated with the domain name of your server to get good delivery rates. example: if your domain name is xyz.com, you can use john.doe@xyz.com as your sender and reply email id.

You must not use generic names like sales@xyz.com or info@xyz.com as your sender email id because, it will affect your delivery rates.
