Warmup is optional and is needed only if you need 100% inbox delivery throughout sending the campaigns.

There are two methods for using the cold email suite.

• Take warmup service along with it and send a limited volume of emails proportionate to the daily warmup seeds. For example , if you choose the warmup plan with 300 email seeds per day, you can send upto 3 times of it ie 900 to 1000 emails per day and all your emails will hit 100% inbox
• Without warmup, Send large volume emails starting with 300 emails per hour slowly increasing to 1500 emails per hour within a span of 3 to 4 weeks.

In this method , although you will get 100% inboxing in the beginning, over time, emails will start landing in spam folder as spam complaints starts coming in. But since large volume of emails can be send , although your emails will land in spam folder, you will still get an open rate of 3% to 5% which is more than enough for you to get good ROI (Return on investment) for the amount paid to us. When compared with other advertising methods like google adwords, seo, ppc, facebook ads etc, this method of advertising gets more results for lesser investment and saves a lot of money. If your list is highly targeted, you will be surprised with the results it brings.

The more ips you have for your server , lesser will be the effect of spam complaints on the deliverability of your server. For a smoother and long lasting performance, we recommend 7+1 ips for your server which cost $14/month. But number of ips you need for your server is completely your choice.

You must clean your list using the cloud based morphy email verifier which we deliver along with your cold email suite before sending a campaign to reduce bounces and maintain the sender reputation. If bounce rates are high for your campaigns, delivery rates will be affected.

It takes 24 – 48 hours for setup and delivery after payment.

If you take our wamrup service and the volume of daily emails you send is proportional to the number of warmup seeds (number of warmup emails sent to our own email lists), then the ips or domain will never get blacklisted. But if you send large volume of emails without warmup , ips and domain may get blacklisted if your spam complaints are high. In that case, we will apply for white list at the anti-spam organizations on behalf of you and within 7 days the blacklist will be removed.
